How long have you known st Leonard Immobilier for ? I have known them since 1997, I already was looking for a property.

How many times have you dealt with this agency ? I did a rental investment by buying a block of flats, I trusted St Léonard Immobilier and I was right because today It is a very good investment with a good economic return, all the flats are rented. I am glad.

Do you have any other project in your mind ? Yes, actually I have had been looking for a remote property close to my work for a while. I am going to tell you my story which happened during last autumn…It was about 9 pm on the Saturday evening, Mrs ALLEMAND visited me at my restaurant and said to me with a smile « I have found your dream !  It suits with all of your citeria ».First, I decided to say no because It was over budget and not in the area I wanted. But, 15 days later, her daughter, Tracy ALLEMAND came after my duty and kidnapped me to take me to the house. When I arrived to the house, I realised that she was totally right, It was the property of my dreams.

At the end of a little wooded path, It was waiting for me, It was in front of me, set on land of 9 hectares surrounded by forest, with a stream.So much character, I had the feeling of going back in time.I felt at home ! I was a happy man, I finally found my home after so many years of searching.
